Racket Boys (라켓소년단): THOUGHTS ON RACKET BOYS TEASER

SYNOPSIS

"Tells the story of 16-year-old boys and girls from Haenam Middle School, growing up dreaming of becoming idols in the badminton world in a far away rural area. Ra Young Ja was a legendary badminton player. She now coaches a middle school badminton team. She has charisma as a coach. The badminton team consists of 16-year-old boys and girls, but they are not very good. THOUGHTS 

Based on my research, Jung Bo Hoon (the writer of Prison Playbook) written this one, to be honest I haven't watched Prison Play Book, because I am having a character slump with Junwan of Hospital Playlist (which was played by Jung Kyung Ho, who also played Lee Joon Ho, at Prison Playbook) and, I also had a drama slump with Reply 1988 and, as we know the director of those (Prison Playbook and Reply 1988) are the same, so I took a break from his works, but, I will surely watch it after Hospital Playlist. 

Anyhow! 

The teaser was fun, and, honestly, I like the lightness of it! 

❌ Not a rom-com! 

 

It's a hopeful drama that talks about dreams so, the feeling is like watching dream high [and start -up] and, speaking of START - UP! one of the boys [Kim Kang Hoon] actually had a cameo on Start - Up! as young Nam Do San. 💓💓

So, yeah! he's really the reason why, I wanted to try this one. 

before writing this, I really felt a glimpse of Reply Series here, especially the house, the hair and of course the SQUAD  but just deduct the husband hunting. 

It made sense though that because the writer also worked with Writer Lee Woo Jung and, he co-written one of the reply series

Moving on. 

I am anticipating this drama to be warm and, like spring, it will bring hope to anyone who wants to reach something in their life. Also, at this time of pandemic, I really think that this drama will fill our hearts with good vibes
